XML Schema Definition (XSD) is the language used to describe complex data structures in XML.
It is not necessary to learn XSD if you are wanting to due pure modeling in Intalio|BPMS but if you are a more technical user wishing to create a fully executable process diagram, this tutorial can be very valuable.
