While we tried to get started with Intalio, we experienced the following problems:


We tried to exchange project information between our three installations, especially we wanted to see process diagrams each of us designed, however we are getting a nullpointer failure message while importing the diagram or the full project folder (see attachement error message nullpointer.jpp and config.txt)

Please attach the designer.log and .log files located in the .metadata folder of your workspace.

When sharing projects, the best approach is to zip them, and send them over, or to use a distributed source control system.
