Intalio BPMN metamodel 4 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 17
Hello,

We are investigating a way to import business processes from other tools that generate XML or XPDL that is certainly not compatible with Intalio Designer.

Is there any XSD associated with Intalio BPMN diagrams serialization ?
I looked at the Eclipse STP project (BPMN section) and I couldn`t find any relevant info about this.

Thanks

There is a XSD model of the BPMN models in the model folder of the org.eclipse.stp.bpmn plugin.

This XSD file is interpreted to create a EMF model that is placed next to it under the .ecore extension.

Several initiatives are taking place in Eclipse to ensure some kind of transformation between models. You can take a look at STP-IM and JWT.

Their goal is to be able to consume BPMN and create XPDL models or BPEL out of them, I don't know how much the reverse operation is implemented.

You can contact the projects on the eclipse newsgroup, or on the user mailing list. It's usually the best place for asking questions regarding this subject.

Thanks,

Antoine
