Does intalio support reading and writing to external xml files? Or is a special service required for that? The purpose is to write form data to an xml file...

Thanks

Hi dimitri,
unfortunatly, we do not support writing into files and you will need to write a webservice that provides this service.
If you feel that other users will benefit from this feature, please feel free to share your thoughts with us through our D3 program.
Thanks

There was a thread about this in an earlier release. I would expect the XPATH doc() function to work or XSLT document() but have had no success.
I get a selection error using doc() for example:
Geronimo Application Server started

David, I opened an enhancement request against ODE regarding the lack of support for the doc() function.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ODE-368

If you feel like helping with a patch, you would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Antoine

I would be happy to help but I suspect my coding skills will not be up to it unless you have got some cobol and fortran in there:)
Thanks for pointing out where the ODE bug reports are ... a collected list of these known issue locations would be a help.
