I've been following the sample at:

to help set up a direct JDBC connection from my intalio process to a data store (MySQL in this case), but each time I try the bit where it says to "Generate service description for last successful query", I get an error message:

Internal Error. See log for details


This is after clicking the finish button after working through the wizard that appears for generating the service description.

I can't seem to find any suggesting of anyone else having this problem, and I've no idea where the log file it refers to is.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to solve this error? I have Intalio designer 5.1.0.022

Can you attach your log files ? The .log and designer.log files in the .metadata folder of your workspace.

The logs are attached. The relevant information is from .log:

I checked the jar files for the designer. It appears I had multiple versions of some files, probably due to upgrading the designer.

Removing and reinstalling the designer solved the problem.
