Role-based Display of Workflow Actions 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 6
Hello,

Here is more description for this enhancement:

By default, when a user selects a task in the task list, the form provides a [Claim], a [Save] and a [Complete] button. With this feature, each of these buttons may or may not be provided depending on user roles.

To define the roles that are allowed to access each button, the user would have to define them in the data mapper for each button independently. If no user/role is defined for such permissions, the button remains available to all users who are authorized to access the task. In other words, not assigning any roles for workflow actions remains compatible with the current/default behavior.

This enhancement is now available for D3 subscription!

As a reminder, you can do partial sponsorship, and 50% of what you pay for a D3 feature is credited back to you in future Intalio support subscription.

You can find feature details in the D3 request here.

Feedback is welcome!

Thanks,

Shao.
