Not able to deploy 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Hi,

I am not able to deploy the HelloWorld application. When I click Deploy tool in the designer eclipse window it is asking me the username and password which is for authenication. When i gave my registered user name and password it is showing Connection lost. Why like this. Is there any other avenues to do the deployment. Can anyone help me ?

Hi Devan,

There is no need of authentication when you deploying to localhost.
Make sure your server is up and running successfully.

Hi ChandraSekhar,

Thanks for your response. I am running 5.1 Geronimo Server. And imported the HelloWorld.zip in Java EE - Intalio|Designer. Now selected the HelloWorld Project and clicked the deploy tool. It is showing authentication dialog box.

Could you please verify it once with latest 5.2 beta builds.
For 5.1 builds authentication is must.

You can also check the "Release Notes" for version 5.2 to know about fixes and improvements.
