Does anyone have any experience with web frameworks that support writing web components according to a portlet specification. What framework is best to use. We are currently thinnking of using Tapestry or Wicket (these are all component based web frameworks so not model2). Does anyone of you have any experience with this topic? Our aim is to embed our portlets later into a portal as a replacement of the Intalio UI framework. This makes sense because the Intalio business process are also portlet compliant. So these components can then all be rendered in a portal framework like Liferay.

Hi,

We have sucessfully ported Intalio Workflow UI to become a portlet in Liferay, with unified authentication, using Yale CAS.

If you need more information, please contact me at INFO AATT OPERMIX DDOT COM

Cheers
