For this, i would like to say, if we are in middle of designing complex processes by grouping the task, we are missing the assignments in mapper area, For immediate sense we can suggest 'UNDO' for protecting our complex assignments in mapper.

3. While grouping an activity, you can prefer the alternative way of taking the sub-process where you can group more activities.

For the above phrase I can say like , If we are grouping more activities like 3 tasks and 2 gateways by selecting all at a time, please prefer Sub-process in prior then drop all the activities inside sub-process.

Hubert, I was just made clear about... how Workflow Visual Connector works internally within Intalio|BPMS Designer? And I was unable to find “Bugform.xform.xsd” in your process attachment (as VC generates seven individual files upon saving any xform) – I think this may lead to errors in data mapping. I am working on your process design and will update you soon with more information.
