Dear Shivanand,

I installed the Designer under C:\Program Files\Intalio\Designer
Installation is successfull.
Now when starting the Designer you have to chose a workspace, right?
Well I simply chose the workspace directly on C:/ (i.e. C:/workspace)

Now, the designer window becomes visible, the status bar says "Initializng Palette..." and then after a few seconds comes the window which I posted in the first message.

I really don't know what to do or what I could have done wrong. I installed the Designer the same way as I did before, I have no idea why it suddenly doesn't work anymore.

I'm really sorry to waste your time, I hope that somehow it will work again.

I downloaded the designer and bpms-standalone (latest versions) to my Laptop (where I also installed them). I also copied them (the downloaded zip files) from my Latop to my home computer where I now have the problems. On my Laptop everything works fine.

I use Windows XP on both computers (no other OS installed).

Please verify the copied zip files are of same size(bytes)/not! or you please download (especially designer) again into your home machine, install it and then try to open the designer.

they are of exactly the same size. I think that if there had been a problem while copying, then it probably wouldn't have been possible to install them on my home computer.

I will in any case download the files again from this site directly here on my home computer and try again.

If that doesn't work either, I will have to work on my 12" laptop :-)

Its a better option to try someother drive and directly install in the drive For e.g.install it in drive D directly and not under Program Files.MAy be this time it works.And also let me know onwhich platform are you working
