Attachments (Copy from task to next task) 1 Year, 4 Months ago

Hi,
I'm having some difficulties regarding Attachments, and I would like to know how can I copy a task attachment to another task. Imagine I have an approval task with a document Attachment, and on NOT APPROVED I want that document to be passed to the next task.
How can I do that?
Thank you very much.

Hi,
I realise it has been a while since the original post, but I am also interested in an answer to the below question.
Can BPMS 5.0 allow the movement of documents within a defined process?
I assume that to allow this, some sort of interface with a DMS system would be needed or maybe somehow attempting through email attachments, but it would be good to have this functionality confirmed by somebody who knows more about BPMS than myself (most people!!).
Thanks in advance for any replies on this matter,
Neal

You can upload documents to the server using forms, and keep track of them through their URL (so, the form variable contains a String, not the full document). We are working on offering more integration with a DMS like Alfresco, I think it is currently being investigated as a D3 project.
Thanks,
Antoine
