Obrigado a todos que responderam as minhas dúvidas. Não consegui anexar a imagem ao meu post mas a Talita me ajudou por e-mail. Estou refazendo os processos do tutorial para treinar e me deparei coma situação que envolve webservice;
You can now drop two operations from the webservice to the newly created pool:
GetUTCTime
GetCityTime
When dropping an operation in the pool, a popup menu will ask you how you want to use the operation.
Select the option 'Provide Operation'.

Olá Alexandre,

Você já tem o web service dentro do seu projeto?
Se sim, você deve abri-lo como mostra a imagem da aba Process Explorer. Abra-o até aparecer o getCityTime e arraste-o até a pscina TimeService.
